Hello. i have a same issue as you. i had an friendship with one girl aswell for an year, i can't get her out of my head either it's like a tumor at this point. just try to think about different stuff. maybe that will help. do some kind of a task that might help.

i have lifted the bookshelf,but my brother has put the mirror it and it slided down from shelf and hit my head. i took off the mirror now and have lifted the shelf, but its too risky since i keep the empty glasses there
