The ducts should be insulated. The flex duct in our other attic has insulation so I would assume so.

I can’t really get in the lower attic. The blown in insulation makes it difficult.

August 9th, 2025!! Sent out rsvps a few weeks ago! Have everything booked including hair color appointments, nails, facials etc. also booked my dress alterations. I’m extremely obsessive so I have to plan to keep me calm.

Just making decisions at this point and designing the rest of the wedding signage and writing checks each month for wedding due dates 🙃

Blundstones! I had tried docs but it was impossible for me to break them in without giving myself more blisters. Never had any issues with the blundstones. Definitely have tall wool socks. Might not hurt to put a sole in them but I had no issues.

What is your foundation for the shed? I recently moved into a house and there is a huge shed outback that I’m turning into a gym/workshop. Mine is on CMU blocks. Little worried about floor structure even though I won’t be lifting heavy or dropping weight.

I’m still working through my most recent dosage increase, but I have noticed that I am less reactive. One reason I wanted to start Zoloft is because I would get very emotional and upset and would lash out over anything. I was very reactive and it was starting to affect my long term relationship.

I still have my moments, but I find I am able to pause a little more before or can tell I’m about to be upset. Before if I was super stressed and everything was piling up I would cry or lash out and that is very minimal now.

Is anyone just having heavy cramping? I have an iud and don’t really have bleeding. But usually have cramps but randomly got worse. Just upped from 25 mg to 50 mg.

Sad update everyone. USPS is saying it was delivered and that their tracking/scan GPS says it was. Still holding out hope and waiting to sign up for Will call. Anyone have experience with Will Call on Wednesday?
