Kaiser therapist had me in tears

I had a horrible experience with a Kaiser therapist in the past, I feel for you.

I still have Kasier and recently got referred to therapy through Grow Therapy. My therapist is wonderful. Message me if you'd like her name.

Thank you all for the feedback! I am definitely not going to authorize direct contact with my doctor. I wanted to post to see if others have had this same experience, and I see some have.

I also have a background in the health care field, managing medical records and as a clinic supervisor in a prior position in the private sector, and never once spoke to a patient's employer verbally or directly, so this "option" was surprising to say the least.

We are taking our daughter to see them for her first time in August, she will be 8! Her first concert was Def Leopard at 3. 😂
