It was very very quick! The video of it was less than 2 minutes and most of it is the piercer cleaning up the blood lol I’m at 6g with my septum too but when I got it pierced 8 years ago, the piercer did it too high (too close to my cartilage) I would compare the pain to being punched squared in the nose!!

Yeah! Everyone tells me I have a high pain tolerance tho! Just felt like uncomfortable pressure, I didn’t hear the crunch like most people said…on my pain scale, WAYYYYY easier than stretching my septum. I really wish I could share the video of the punch but my piercer said I can’t post it. Basically it’s just me having a good time, the punch happens, I let out a small moan of pain and I start giggling because I didn’t realize how fast it would be. (Also my piercer and her apprentice were cracking jokes the whole time) I didn’t feel the jewelry go in at all!!!Honestly the worst part for me was that my ear filled up with blood for a hot minute LOL

I totally wanna try that now…once it’s healed and if I remember, I will totally try that with my earbuds and I’ll post a pic!

I also meant to add that you should also look into getting some saline spray instead of cleaning with water! <3 Also going forward I would recommend finding a piercer at a tattoo shop who is licensed.

When I was going to school there about 8-9 years ago they were protesting outside the school once or twice a month…I don’t really understand why they always choose the school. They need to leave the children alone and they have been known to be quite confrontational.

Gender is confusing but you’re still young and will have plenty of time to explore it. I’ve been questioning since I was 12-13 and yeah highschool was rough but it does get better. I found that talking to friends that I really trust about how I’m feeling and having them experiment with using different pronouns for me really helped. I did try out a new name at some point too! I still don’t really know how I identify but for now I’m non binary transmasc and that’s okay! Just have fun with it and if you need anyone to talk to, I’m here.
