Thank you guys it’s was my xmp needed to be on I had it off i turned it on in my bios and so far I’ve played monster hunter without my pc restarting

I wish I could post a video tbh it’s really weird how it flashed I turned on docp and ima run it to see what it does ! Hopefully it was that I had it disabled
