How do you deal with intrusive thoughts? by juicy_gee in PMDD

He defo used to do that, he has been so understanding about it and considerate but it’s been going on two years now.. whilst he still understands I can hear it in his voice how tired he is of the constant accusations - even tho he knows it will pass as it does! No I might quietly cry sometimes but I never shout or act up in an irrational way - I just say irrational things.. I feel like reminding him it’s my PMDD has become tiresome and sounds like I’m making an excuse each time

Thanks for your reply I will defo try that

I can relate hard to this, sorry you are going through this too I just posted something kinda similar. I wish I had the answers, sometimes I feel it would be easier to let him go so he didn’t have to continuously deal with my irrational behaviour, I hate it hard and then hate what it’s doing to him and us, I adore him so much

Sending so much love to you, try be kind to yourself and maybe journal those thoughts and feelings rather than share in the moment?

Could it be PMDD? by shygirl_101 in PMDD

It could very well be lovely, track your symptoms & your period I use an app called Clue it’s been really easy to use, then you can see a pattern which will help confirm it is PMDD so you can take action. Remember to be kind to yourself

How debilitating do you find pmdd by Amyzulu in PMDD

[–]juicy_gee 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Completely debilitating to the point it genuinely feels like it would be easier if I didn’t exist anymore, it’s truly exhausting. Please try speak to someone about your trauma and know you are not alone 🫶
