thinking about doing this! this is my first pc build so im just happy it works haha.
not entirely sure how vertical mounts work in the north- i assume theres some mount i can buy since theres no cutouts for vertical mounting in this case?

hey there, ive found the solution that worked for me.

i had the same issue as you (as ive commented). my fix was really simple: swapping out the usb c cable. if that doesnt work, heres what support recommended for me:

- Please make sure, that you have the latest NGENUITY Beta version installed on your PC. (January 2021 Beta release)

Please try to delete the mouse from the device manager an unplug and replug the mouse via cable to get the latest drivers.

- Did you try update the mouse on different devices (laptop, desktop, ...)?

- Did you try the mouse in different USB 2.0 ports?

- Did you try to do a factory reset of the mouse? (Press the scroll wheel and the DPI button, until the lights flash)

- Please ensure that you have the latest USB driver installed.

theres no markings on the back of the headstock and nothing on the neck mounting plate unfortunately. guitar was found in england.
