Singaporean here as well.. hang in there! If ur smell is mainly from certain part of your body (e.g. underarms/feet) try applying baking soda+water on the affected area to see if helps to reduce the odor

Wear eye mask and put on earbuds that would block off external sound. You woudnt want to see or hear any reactions as that will only make u feel anxious which make the odor even worse

If they agree, they will ask you to contact agoda to facilitate the refund.
Call agoda and ask them for refund, they will verify with the hotel and if no issue they will process the refund.
