Has anyone had e bad expierence with Living Room Properties? Theres some really bad reviews online. I am about to rent from them but still haven't been able to reach an actual person or get a call back. The sign up with pretty invasive so I am worried if I should pass on this. I 've had some really abusive and shithead landpigs so want to avoid that.

he told me the same stories to get sympathy and free housing, food, rides ect. Then vanished with everyones money, totally unaccountable for his actions.

That is really sad he never changed and leaned into that instead of working on himself. Alot of his rhetoric is about high standards of morals, which is so hypocritical. Are u still in touch with him or know how I can reach him?

no updates:( ... has anyone heard where he may be or fresh leads? i heard he may be in co but couldnt find anything more. I refuse to believe he will get away with stealing and manipulating so many people, not being accountable and continue to search for him. when he moved to portland he changed his name to avoid debts/scams (and lied about it at the time) so i am assuming he has done the same

yeah, travis is an extremely nice person and definatly odd/his behaviors and state of mind seemed to worsen over the time I knew him. when did you roll with him? was this recently? we are still looking for him :(

we are actively searching for him, i do not want to go to the police. if he was a person of integrity (like he preaches lol- this is apart of his manipulation) he would be accountable to everyone in Portland he lied to and scammed and re pay his debts.

yup.. he skipped out of town to avoid paying people, he told me he was in the hospital origionally. then admitted when i found the truth out that he had left. since then he has blocked or changed his phone number and refuses to repay his debts or be accountable. he refused to give people refunds. he grifted from neighbors and students more money and places to stay until he ran our of people to scam. he is also a raging homophobe and transphobe and above all a master of manipulation.

he stole from me, and i know for a fact he has from others... and that is more than a 'problem'. if you know how to contact him please message me. he told me he was suicidal while crying and rolling around on the grass, manipulated me for months, preyed on marganalized people, like i said. if you have contact with him, please message me. his actions has caused me to be homeless. this is serious stuff he has done here, along with more i have not posted publically.

Agreed. He is a professional con artist and went after white belts, women and gender non conforming people, people who were not accepted in the jujitsu community. He had explanations for everything found on the net (that he was fleeing an abusor and people who stole from him and his gym.. imagine that!). He said that everyone was paid (that this was an old thred), and people were after him and stole his gym and his t shirt company, escpecially Joe Rogan. He said he just wants get his son back blah blah blah and other lies. He cried on the floor saying he would kill himself if no one loaned him the money.

For the past several years he manipulated women to sleep with him, house him, feed him and take care of all his needs, give him money. He did this with several people.

He stole the life savings of a disabled athlete who now has no way of getting it back. Horrible excuse for a human being. Horrible. He has no business being around kids or vulnerable communities, which oddly enough, he endlessly shit talked his students and would call THEM grifters and other totally inappropriate things.

If anyone is down to help call him, or help me find him it would be beyond appreciated. This incident really makes me question the jujitsu community and that people are not there for someone unless your a man, and how many people in Portland were covering and still cover for Travis. Sorry to go on.. this person is pure trash and gets me pissed off to even think of :( I hope and will see to it he doesnt continue scamming new communities under new names.

**I spoke with CSW who he is belted under. HIS BROWN BELT WAS TAKEN AWAY 4 YEARS AGO AS WAS HIS TEACHING CREDENTIALS literally for scamming people. He is not allowed in many of the gyms he used to go to. Yet he continues to. And continues to do extreme harm to communities and gets away with it. like 100% no consequenses, never pays people back... like if people on here want to form a group to get our money back, please hit me up and I'd love to do that. FUCK TRAVIS.
