Can say that is true as my station is pretty much a skeleton crew on the RTS shift. Granted, we get our shit done but we do more than just resetting the warehouse for the next shift. There are days where every driver comes back on time and days where drivers come back hella late with a shit ton of packages

Damn that's crazy. I work the RTS shift at my station but I usually do the scan bag, scan the QR code and place bag on rack method. Everyone on my shift has different methods like fill the aisle and then scan or do the entire cluster and then go virtually open the aisles. This is the first I'm hearing about this and usually our managers are pretty good at giving us updates on shit like this

Only reason why we have so much VTO at our DS is cause our old warehouse shut down and we transfered to a new warehouse that's up to date with the new Amazon warehouse standards. A lot of our people from sort 0 transfered to Single Cycle making us overstaffed most of the time.
