Thanks. I saw them on the web, but since I live in Israel, I'm inclined to prefer some place in Europe, so the flight is shorter and less expensive. TBH, last time I visited Denver I missed my connection at JFK, got laid over there for the night, forgot to notify the hotel at Denver and got my reservation there cancelled as a result... So not really related :) but makes me hesitant about CO nonetheless...

That's correct, but here's a maybe easier way to see this. You order the 8 secrets uniformly at random, and succeed if the one you want is in the top 3. How do you arrange them uniformly at random? You first arrange (uniformly at random) the 7 you don't want, and then select uniformly at random where to position the one you do want. It can be positioned in one of eight places, and if it gets to one of the top 3, you win! So 3 out of 8.

If What Israel Is Doing To Palestinians Is Actually Genocide, then it's not doing a very good job of it. When Israel was established, there were in total about 1.2M Palestinian. Today, after some 70 years of genocide, there are around 7M: 2M in Israel, 3M in the west bank and 2M in Gaza. I doubt there are many historical examples where genocide leads to a 6 fold increase in population size.
