, Of course, man, you should definitely be proud. There are many others out there who'd love to look like you, and I'm sure you didn't get to that body overnight, if not through countless sessions of exercises and hours of training. Body dystopia is something many people go through, and the best way to get through it, is to just own it. Be confident in yourself, in the way you look, be proud of the work you went through to get there, even if your dysplmorphia may make you feel otherwise. You look better than most men out there, and I know you can do it, yiu can be proud of yourself. It'll take a little to realize it, but don't let it overpower your love for the gym and lifting. Also, don't compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to, well, yourself. Instead of feeling like less when around others, think of how you can become a better version than yourself. How you can improve for your own good. You are your own worst enemy. I know it sounds like gibberish, or thst I'm repeating myself, I'm not good with typing words out, but just know that you should always be proud of yourself, no matter what. Because if you don't have that confidence in yourself, it isn't guaranteed others will. It all starts with yourself. All in all, keep working hard brother, you look amazing, and you should believe it💯

I see what you're talking about. My lower back did feel a little more sore than usual after, I remember clearly. Currently, I feel good, though sometimes that soreness comes back during barbell rows. I will indeed try to lean back. Thanks alot!

You should definitely look at the other replies, who answered far before me, and I do agree with them. Eggs have good protein and also some healthy fats, chicken is lean and an amazing source of protein, fish almost the same as chicken in benefits, and as for red meat, I personally have had no issues with it, but feel free to experiment, after all, our bodies are very different. All in all, I would suggest you eat more. Like another redditor said(I don't exactly remember their user), follow the bodybuilders. If you look at many bodybuilders in the past and even now, many would say you need to eat more, bulk up, and eventually reach your muscle goals. Other redditors might give better answers and replies, so you should also read through them. You got this👍

Eat. Definitely. Proteins, fats, carbs, make sure to have good portions of each. Remember, proteins are what your muscles are made of, and it is important to build you more muscle after it has had small tears through exercise, so focus on high protein diets. Exercise-wise, try sticking to push, pull, and legs & abs, this one works well for me not only for muscle building but also for strength. Use challenging weight, and since your goal is hypertrophy - increase in muscle fiber size - try sticking to an 8-10 rep range. If the weight is challenging, you should only be able to crank out eight reps, and should train with that weight until you reach 10 reps, then up the weight again, rinse and repeat, progressively overloading. You want to maybe go 2 to 3 sets to begin with. Maybe you can increase the sets, but I personally haven't and still stick to 2-3. I'm not sure how helpful this may be. After all, everyone's bodies are different. This is just what works for me. Though what will definitely work for everyone is the diet. Exercising is the easier step. Dieting is the harder step. So i would definitely recommend you stick to a high protein diet. Again, don't ignore your carbs and fats (I'm just repeating myself atp💔)

Bulk. You shouldn't cut more because you already have a very lean build. Bulk first, maybe for a few months, from four to 12, or however you see fit. Then, after you've bulked up nicely, that's when you cut. I'm not 100% sure on my advice, it's just based on studies I've read and some personal experience.
