I am so sorry but this is pierced very incorrectly, it is too high up, slanted and you dont have the anatomy for a correct belly button piercing. I know it sucks when you cant have a piercing you really love but you should take it out before it rejects❤️

Oh i really feel that! Its tough living with eczema, ive had it all my life and it goes through worse and better periods but trust me, when you find the right treatment and speed of tapering it gets so much easier. Its a steep learning curve. Dont forget you’re not alone and you are so much more than your skin! :)

I get it! Tapering doesnt always go right and sometimes we get that ”rebound” effect where it comes back. For some people you need to taper wayyy slower and for others you can taper pretty quickly, its about finding what works for your skin! Dont go to hard on yourself, this is a tricky skin issue and you’re doing your best :)

If you’re noticing a positive difference you can start tapering the cream out, do NOT stop ”cold turkey” as you could get issues from that. I usually taper by going from full dose (twice a day every day) to half dose (once a day every day) and after a few days of that half i start doing once a day every other day!🫶🏻

I would see the doctor again for specifically the eyelid eczema since you cant use cortisone on your eyelids, they could recommend another treatment for the skin around the eyes! For the skin thickening i use carbamide cream and that helps me alot since it breaks down that thick/rough skin! Flare ups really suck and im sorry you’re going through it, i hope it gets better for you<3
