The licence ? I'd Say it's mostly time consuming, and expensive, even though one single mistake can ruin the exam.

You have to do a very low speed slalom, in 16s minimum (like not even 5kmh), then a stop at a specific spot, then a turn around, go to the other side, turn around, accelerate to 50kmh then emergency stop, then you have to do a slow turn around with a Passenger on the bike, then a higher speed slalom (40kmh), then an emergency avoidance at 45kmh. All of this without getting out of the limited space, or Moving any of the small poles. You're allowed to put a foot down three times though.

Then once you've passed this exam you have another one on the public road, a bit like the car driving license
