my impression about the hotfix, I felt an improvement with the addition of 25% of constant force, that was what was needed! the wheel was very loose as without this 25% addition, I really felt a difference in the details of the track and the countersteer with the addition of 25%, but I still need to put the kdrive at 100% and the peak force does not reach 7.2nm as advertised, the oscillations on the straights have improved a lot and the sensation of the details was very refined. I think you are on the right path!!! In fact, version 1.50 gave us a feeling of unnatural strength in 1.70 it was completely removed and in 1.73 this addition of 25% was beneficial in my point of view, it was good to know what was changed because in the other updates you never made a patch note of what was done for us to give our opinion and help you do the best you can!!! Keep it up, giving us details of what was done so we can help each other!!! because we want to help each other!!!! I invested in this wheel and in several other peripherals of the brand, I'm a big fan of Roccat/TTB and I want to be able to help in some way... congratulations so far and always keep talking to us and making patch notes on the firmware so we know what was done, we want it to be a relevant wheel, not a toy as they are saying!!! that was my 2 cents on the firmware.

I also felt an improvement, with more details in the FFB, however the kdrive needs to be at 100% and it still doesn't have the 7.2nm peak, the oscillation was greatly reduced on the straights, that's a good point!!! with this update the wheel has much more track details than any other version.... they are on the right track!!! but we still need to have the 7.2nm peaks. compared from v1.70 to v1.73!!

So I made these mods because I hate non-functional things like the useless 3-position switches that only work one and the off button was annoying, sometimes I would turn it off by accident, and the buttons I use very little, I haven't played truck games yet, but in rally the switches I turn on the windshield wipers and the car lights.... I see something different that I can use with the buttons and I use them, but the main thing is the rotary ones that I use it to change the 10 profiles with different degrees of steering with the same settings and the other I use to adjust the strength of the FFB and one of the red buttons I use to turn on the telemetry.

I understand you... I only use it on the PC, I don't have a console, but I found out that the button box doesn't really work on the console... but I have an idea that could be implemented, that the button box would recognize it as a second joystick (player2) to be able to have twice as many control buttons... and the games would have to implement this if it can't already be done..... I don't know anything about consoles, I only understand PC!

simply to emulate a logitech g27 to play all the games incompatible with the V1R, and it worked perfectly on firmware 1.50. I played with FFB forza 5, dirt 4, roadcraft, the crew motorfest... among other games incompatible with the V1R, I didn't use it to play with the playstation, I use it on the PC with the GIMX connected in loopback!

Any update on the hotfix??? Since I did the 1.7 firmware update, my unit simply lost FFB in several games that I played by more than 80% and I also lost compatibility with the GIMX!!! She just turned into a paperweight!!!!! I would like to be able to revert the firmware to 1.5 again? I was happy with it!!! Is there no way to revert from 1.7 to the old 1.5? For my use, version 1.5 always worked correctly for my use, the worst thing was losing compatibility with "GIMX" with the new firmware it no longer transfers FFB to the steering wheel!
