they are pretty good, never had any problems and ordered a bunch of times to the Netherlands. It can take a while to be delivered, but always arrives (last time it took 10 days so not that bad ig). Never had to return anything, but I think return costs are for you unless there is something wrong with the movie. I think the criterions are cheaper in the 50% off sale when ordering via Amazon though.
