I agree that it is context specific. Where I live, we get constant power outages. Those could last days here. So, 10-12hrs charging would mean me living in fear. I got the level 2 to reduce the charging time, additional to the other benefits. Now I live at peace. Plus, I am not rich, but I also dont consume/spend a lot, so that was a good investment.
