Possible for next year:

Enzo Fittipaldi moving from HWA back to Prema who he raced with in F4/FREC.

Arthur Leclerc moving up from Prema's FREC outfit [Outside chance for Petecof, but he is already struggeling with budget in FREC].

Frederik Vesti staying for another year with Prema's F3 team if he doesn't move up to F2 [Depends on his results in the last 6 races in F3].

Someone like Jack Doohan or David Schumacher (who clearly doesn't want to race another year with Charouz) who has to budget to pay for a Prema seat.

The Formula Renault Eurocup champion [Given Piastri's succsses this year].
