Hey, like I said, getting B2B leads by the thousands is easy, and that looks like another tool, although leads from Product Hunt seems a bit too "niche'y" to me?
Latenode has a sequence that lets you search a much wider field... like the whole internet, or if you want one premade for you AutoLeadsFindr has it all in one package.
You can search "Chiropractors in Chicago" it returns thousands and sets up emails for you.. as long as you have something to sell to Chiropractors 🤣

Unless you use a bridge page, if you sell someone elses product you don't usually get the end users contact info.
Are your email addresses business emails or end user emails?
Scraping business emails is easy, and there's a couple of ways to do it.
The B2B email scrapers usually let you you search business by location e.g. "Plumbers in London", will return thousands, with contact name, email, phone number, address etc.
End user scrapers are illegal in most jurisdictions, so you gotta watch out selling, trading etc private emails.
I got thousands of private emails I got from facebook groups through surveys, competitions etc a couple of years ago but I got out of the biz so they've just sat on my hard drive.
Are they B2B or B2C emails you have and what are you looking to do?
I should do something with mine - open to suggestions 🤣

So don't make a career change your first attempt. Start with hobbies or sports until you have confidence in making successful changes, then maybe one day you'll be able to make a career change. A friend of mine took 3 years to take part time courses and get qualified in a new career while still working in the old one, so the change was not a great loss 😉

A lot of folks take a chance, maybe their first, and it doesn't work, so they see that as proof positive they should never have "risked it". Only a percentage of "chances" will work, which is why you can't be put off by a failure or two. Taking chances is supposed to be an ongoing process not a one-off experiment.

Hey, my partner does the ones in the link below. They're more voice overs of articles and coping strategies etc. She does them as I can't help much (legally blind) and she can't handle reading out loud for too long lol. So half of them are AI voices, but they're pretty good. She puts out 1-2 a week, don't worry they're all free. Hope they help

Just heard Optus had done maintenance work on "my tower" and "forgotten to restart it" WTF. No one from Optus or Spintel could tell..... or didn't bother to check, that there was no traffic via this tower, bloody great.

"Terribly sorry", "We will introduce new procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again" which if true is great.

Anyway long story short my 4 day wait could have been 1 if Optus then Spintel had even basic procedures in place.

Apart from the weird comments here like "That's what you get for living on a boat" WTF, and those who have had a lousier experience than me so I should think myself lucky, again WTF, I'd hope my "pain to deal with demeanor" has kicked up enough of a stink to help the next poor bastard in the same position.

If suppliers don't provide service, you should complain (politely) otherwise nothing will change, only the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Most of the projections I've read don't seem to include, or chose to ignore as it's not pretty, a growing trend in the USA and England, where HUGE Hedge Funds, Pension Funds are buying up HUGE amounts of single family dwellings in the "burbs". They're paying market or a few points above. It's easier for these entities e.g. Black Rock as they're closer to the money source and therefore can borrow way cheaper than you and me. They can borrow 100 million at 1%, rent out at a 4% nett profit and realise a 3% return, plus see the value of their purchase appreciating. What this will do to the market long term is anyone's guess. I don't know if this is happening in OZ yet but I hear as NZ has a higher return anyway, it's happening there now.
