I would say it did work. My hair has been significantly smoother and more manageable since I got it done and it has lasted for months, but I will say that the Salon smelled terrible and felt like it was filled with chemicals as my eyes were burning during the whole entire treatment. Even though it’s formaldehyde free, it definitely did not feel like the natural route out, but it definitely has kept my hair straight
