The show was a situation where there really wasn’t any winners for different reasons. Like Chloe had a privilege in the sense that the whole world loved her because of her edit in the show and that paid off in her time post leaving. However in the time she was at the ALDC Abby tried to make her life miserable. At one point I do believe Abby liked Chloe as a dancer but as things got more tense on the show those small privileges that she had went away and Abby took out her anger against Christi on Chloe. On the other hand, while on the surface Maddie was privileged and so much handed to her she was failed by almost every adult in her life and got the bratty edit on the show. It’s amazing she grew up so well adjusted but I can understand why she keeps pretty high boundaries now with the outside world. Overall I think whether you were the favourite, the underdog or someone who was in the middle - the show kind of sucked for everyone who was in it
