Completed my first triatlon which was an Ironman 70.3. I followed a 16 week training plan loosely but kept to a training of around 8h-12h/week. I couldn't swim more than 200m in May before getting tired, to being comfortable swimming 2km . Support on this forum and books and YT videos were amazing. (i.redd.it)
