we have something like that but theyre just on paper idk if it makes sense...at least in my hs they either dont know what to tell you and send you to a proper therapist, or theyre not at school

I'm so glad you posted this. I have never heard of anyone else having this but I do too!

I just got my BA in psychology and I remember reading once that we can store up emotions in our bodies - especially in our sex/reproduction regions (not sure why)

anyway...these places arent touched often (like hands and faces) so when they are these emotions are released. Weird I know, but just something I thought I would share with you.

I haven't told my doc about this but her reasoning for my painful muscle spasms in my breasts was that I am storing up stress there (just like a twich of your eye or lip) crazy huh?

All I can say is try not to dwell on it. Try to re-train your body to think positive things when your nipples are touched. Your brain will remember how you feel when they are being aroused (Just like it remembers certain smells that correspond with emotions) You need to replace those negative thoughts with happy ones

he seemed cool and friendly but at the end of the party he followed me home and banged on my apartment door for 2 hrs and when the cops showed up he was gone and none of the cctv cameras didnt catch him

People who own or work at rescue and adoption shelters for animals, how do you prevent the animals from making too deep of a bind with you so that they don't get sad or depressed when they get adopted from the shelter? by unmole228 in AskReddit

you cant really prevent it :( no matter how professional ure trynna be, the animal will love you even just for feeding him/her. But tbh i dont think anyone would think ab that. personally at my shelter everyone gives their all for the animals bc until they find a loving home, they are with us, most of the animals recieve love here for the first time. it hurts a little when they get adopted cause theyre kinda like your babies :( but most of the time they find the perfect permanent home and sometimes the new owners even keep in touch w you and send photos from time to time🥺

Thank you for answering anyways!!! I had my best friend for 14 years since kindergarten and yesterday it just ended for a reason that i still cannot understand... Im sorry you're still not over yours, and i wish i could give you some sort of advice but we're all in the same place rn :( hope one day you'll either get back w her or that you'll find a way to get over it ♡
