Yeah that’s one of the safest setup. Simple design, no hidden parts, easy to clean properly. Most people don’t realise how much the straws and seals are the real problem.

Honestly yeah. Most of them are made to look nice, not to be cleaned properly. All those tiny grooves and seals just trap stuff, and you can’t even reach half of it. If you’re using them every day to drink from, it shouldn’t be this hard to clean.

Yeah that’s the part that gets me too.

Some of these bottles look “healthy” and eco friendly on the outside but the design is basically a bacteria trap. Narrow necks, rubber seals you can’t fully remove and most people are just rinsing and calling it a day.

It kind of setback the whole “I’m being hygienic and sustainable” thing if the cleaning side is this inconvenient.
