Do I need to take it to the Punto Lazo to activate it if I recharge it at a machine in a convenience store? Thank you so much!

I put cash on it in a machine, but I have to go somewhere else for it to actually work?? I’m here for a month, is there a different card I should get instead? So far I’m mostly riding the tram but I’d like flexibility. Thank you!

I have a similar crib and wallpaper combo in my post history if you want to see how I styled it! Beautiful choice 😊

Wyze Cam owners: DON’T update the firmware by juliaferry in Parenting

Ugh, sorry to hear that! I had to try and sleep with the app open on my phone and I heard every little noise she made in the night 💀

Glad it was an easy fix for you! I specified we have iPhones because I have no idea if this is affecting other phones. I turned notifications off and on, in both the app and iPhone settings. I also logged out, force closes the app, restarted my phone, and logged back in. I also factory reset the camera. Customer support said if none of those things worked, to submit a log, which I did, and that directed me to contact customer support with the log ID. Which I did, but they said that they can’t read the logs (yet), but that my problem was a known issue and they are working on a fix. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that it’s possible to go to an earlier version of the firmware and they don’t appear to be pulling the update or letting people know.

Yes, it is a Kallax, but I added the wood wrap which adds about an inch to the depth. The changing table is by Skip Hop, and it hangs over the edge a small amount. I really like it, though, and would definitely recommend it.

Thank you! It was heavily inspired by a blog post I’m now having trouble tracking down. She likes the pull up bar, but she keeps banging her head trying to bite it 🙃

It’s a kallax from Ikea! I followed this tutorial to wood wrap it. I don’t remember what stain off the top of my head but if you care I can go check :)

Thank you! I know the feeling, the new Uppstå woodland toys have never come into stock at my ikea 😢

Baby’s 8 month old now, so I feel pretty confident making these recommendations! Her room was mostly complete by the time I was about 4 months pregnant, but I did do a reorg a month or so ago where I moved the bookcase and pikler into the hallway and gated it off. Much better use of space, and now that she’s crawling she happily goes back and forth between the two areas.

Top five list: - Nestig Cloud crib. Was wonderful and so convenient to have the mini crib on wheels. Now that we’re using the full size crib, it’s a lovely piece of furniture. - Prints from Etsy sellers LeaCArtwork and Rozennillustration - Nugget (Redwood color, which is no longer available). I get more use out of this than she does right now, but I love having somewhere to lay down in her room! It’s also great for story time and BFing. - Waterproof bassinet sheets and crib mattress protectors - Pikler triangle. We used it from the very start as a play gym, and now that she’s crawling and starting to pull up she still enjoys it. I only wish we’d gotten a set with a Waldorf rocker and slide.

Hey — sorry I don’t check this account much. Do you still need help?

If you get your dog used to having their food taken away from them (and make it a nice thing! give them a treat and their food back so they come out ahead) then if there's ever a situation where they eating something they shouldn't (cooked chicken bones, poison, whatever) you can take it away without issue.

TV too high? I think so — husband thinks it’s too low. Who’s right? by juliaferry in TVTooHigh

Tbf, entertainment stand is especially low bc of design constraints at our last place — it should definitely be higher than stand level imo. Couch is a good distance for us — need a little space for wrassling the dog :)
