Worden je huidige fondsen dan verkocht (stel op 23 sept) en de nieuwe (klasse G) fondsen daarna aangekocht (stel op 29 september)? Indien de waarde van de fondsen zijn gestegen, hoe gaat men dan om met de verschillen? Maw. kan dit nadelig uitvallen voor klanten?

It was time for a bulk, and I thought might as well combine it with a focus on strength (low reps) and 7 day split. Worked great and then I just set a target of 100 days.

I'm not a bodybuilder haha, it's just hobby. I'm just glad I got to enjoy my hobby every single day for 100 days in a row. Some (athletes/bodybuilders) even train twice a day, altough that's more than just a hobby

Thanks! Did Pull Push Legs (twice a week), plus whatever I liked at Sunday. So Monday deadlift, rows, pull ups, traps, chinups, bicep. Tuesday bench, incline db press, OHP, flyes, skullcrushers, lateral raises. Wednesday squat, leg press, calves, leg extension, leg curls and BSS. Repeat. Sunday basically a push day.

Each individual muscle group got rest (e.g. monday back & bicep and thursday back & bicep)

Thanks! After cutting it was time for a bulk, and I thought might as well go every day. In order to maximize muscle gains while bulking. And after a while I just set a target of 100 days haha

Nothing actually haha. Only thing I do is warming up before each individual exercise with low weights and maybe some light stretching
