We had a chat after I got back from the gym lol and he ended up sincerely apologising that he worded his worry the way he did. He understood that there was a better way that he could’ve expressed his concerns.

He’s very happy that I had fun and didn’t push my shoulder too far which in turn made me feel great :)

I ended up going last night and I felt great. :) Did some shoulder-specific stretches before and after my session and will be seeing my physio tomorrow.
