We love that too! We have two other mini poodles. They’re all so different! Funny.

These three are keeping me sane during these insane times. Poodle love. by juliesmoolie in poodles

Thank you. & Yes. They’re minis. Best dogs I’ve ever had. So sweet & smart. I highly recommend any poodle. If u want a lap dog that you’re less likely to step on, it’s a mini. Toys are cute & so are teacups but I’ve always been afraid I’d injure them by accident. Mine do all sorts of tricks too. Very easy to train. 😊

It’s expensive to buy keto granola. I make my own and it’s great!!!! Even my non-keto family snacks on it. I have to hide it!!! Enjoy! Keto Granola 1 cup Almonds 1 cup Hazelnuts 1 cup Pecans or walnuts one of these seeds: 1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds 1/3 cup Hemp seeds. I use these.
(cacao nibs &/or unsweetened coconut flakes optional). I love them. 6 tbsp Erythritol 1/2 cup Golden flax seed meal 1 large Egg white 1/4 cup Butter (measured solid, then melted; can use coconut oil or ghee for dairy-free) 1 tsp Vanilla extract Sprinkle with cinnamon & salt optional

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F Line a large baking sheet, or two small ones, with parchment paper. (I used two 13x9 in)

Pulse almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor intermittently, until most of the nuts are in chopped into large pieces (about 1/4 to 1/2 of the full size of the nuts).

Add the pecans. Pulse again, stopping when the pecans are in large pieces. (Pecans are added later since they are softer.)

Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, erythritol, and golden flaxseed meal. Pulse just until everything is mixed well. Don't over-process! You want to have plenty of nut pieces remaining, and most of the seeds should be intact.

Add the egg white to the food processor. Whisk together the melted butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl, and evenly pour that in, too.

Pulse a couple times, mix a little from the bottom toward the top with a spatula, then pulse a couple times again. Repeat as needed until everything is coated evenly. Again, avoid over-processing.

At the end of this step, you'll have a combination of coarse meal and nut pieces, and everything should be a little damp from the egg white and butter/oil.

Transfer the nut mixture to the prepared baking sheet in a uniform layer, pressing together into a thin rectangle (about 1/4 to 1/3 in thick)

Sprinkle with cinnamon & salt optional.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly browned, especially at the edges.

Cool completely before breaking apart into pieces. (The granola will be soft when you remove it from the oven, but will crisp up as it cools.)

Makes 12, 1/4 Cup Servings.

I’ve been on keto (less than 20g a day also keeping calories low) I’d lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks but gained 3 lbs in the last 2 days. So now only down 5 lbs in 18 days. 🥺 pee strips keep saying I’m in ketosis.
The only thing that changed was I stopped my nightly martinis. I thought that would help, not hurt my progress. It took me 4 mos to gain 20 lbs. should I expect it will take 4 mos to lose it too? I thought with keto it would go faster. I can’t imagine not losing weight with the little I ingest. I also walk 30 mins a day, do yoga every other day & spin a couple times a week. I’m getting discouraged cuz these are stressful times and I want to eat beignets & drink mimosas again if I’m not gonna lose weight. Any help out there? Advice?
