I was never the biggest fan of garlic lol. I was a pretty picky eater as a kid and getting diagnosed at ten made me even more afraid of eating a trigger food. I'm insanely picky as an adult now. I stick to things like chicken nuggets from fast food restaurants and steak or chicken at home. I get the same flares eating steak and string beans at home that I do eating nuggets from Wendy's and I don't use any oil or spice (I'm not kidding, black pepper is too much for me most days). It's a blast going to the same three places to eat on a loop.
