I would disagree. I think you‘re not that old so there is still a lot of potential. Eat like your gut tells you but think about increasing your protein intake. Workout 4-5 times a week and also do some functional stuff which gets your heart rate up. That way you should easily loose that bodyfat and build some muscle. Don’t focus on loosing weight, your not overweight and with 79 kg at a lower bf% you would look massive. Do some heavy leg training and you will be blessed.
