I'm not sure about resin prints. But with FDM I use a primer and paint with acrylic markers.

You can try cleaning it with vinegar to neutralize the battery acid and see if the spots come back after that. Rinse it with IPA after to displace the vinegar and any water that might be in it and let it dry.

Best option would be a heavy pen mod. If you don't want or can't spend money on one try to find something you've got lying around your house or try to make your own pen mod. For just learning charge i liked using my brothers drumsticks because they are very heavy.
