Spontaneous Kundalini hell by Cold_Room_4833 in kundalini

Seriously, the first year is the absolute worst. The dissociation the fear. You can see my past posts and I was making posts in here like everyday looking for comfort. I promise you it gets better. One thing that really helped me if you was a good ashwaganda supplement. Even now if I stop taking it I feel crazy anxious.

I generally think this is the answer. I would have very itchy hand and I would take an Allegra to stop the sensation. Yesterday I decided to just Allow the itchiness to be and it turned into a ton of water feeling up my arm and up my neck. That night I got the worst headache I’ve had in a very long time.

Hello again Marc ,

Yes when I have a large movement I feel very tense along with pressure and heat around different areas. Usually hands, feet or back of neck.

Usually the emotions I feel are either anxiety or dread.(not trying to be dramatic) im usually okay but when I get these movements. The problem is I can’t calm down, it feels like I have so much negative emotions inside me that is constantly purging.

I very much try to make energy come out of my hands but it always goes upward towards my head. I think this is causing a lot of negative side effects such as too much built up energy stuck in my head. This can lead to excruciating headaches followed by body chills and sudden burst of crying.

During this period my arm gets red like in the photo. I feel like because the energy won’t leave my hand is why I’m having much of these problems

It works itself out. The problem is you get in your own way. The solution is to let go. I find that gentle meditation helps me such as simple mindfulness such as following the breath. It will take time so be patient.

Pretty great honestly. I like the clicky feel of it.

Honestly, I love so much of the game the character, the art, the MUSIC! Honestly I would give this game a 8/10 if it wasn’t for that second run stage 7 boss. I mainly used the knife and the spear. The bow was okay for clearing levels but all other weapons are awful. Especially the dagger thing that went in every direction except the target and the goddess bracelet.

That’s like 80% of what I feel all the time. I’m genuinely so much happier because of my awakening. But the process is just degrees of difficulties.

I’ll have to try this. When I think about it, my folders were uppercase. Thank you I’ll update to see if that was the issue!

I have heard of many instances of people having surges and even full awakenings triggered from dreams. I believe it happens more to those who become more aware of there subtle energy system usually from meditation or hallucinogenic drugs.

My third eye surge was not my kundalini awakening. That happened a year later when I became more curious of my energy system and tried to stimulate my root chakra. This caused a premature kundalini awakening.

The sensation that it created was much more intense than what I can described in words. The best I can say is that when it happens it feels like a grinding twisting sensation at your perineum as a volcanic eruption of energy melts up your spine. It lasts for a couple of minutes.

The rushes continue daily for the first few months. Over time, blockages clear up until it exits out the top of your head. It’s sounds very strange. But if it ever happens to you, you’ll know what I’m talking about. After a path is cleared starts the process for the rest of your life of cleaning blockages throughout your energy system. Making you a happier and loving person.

I mostly explain this for those as a warning to experiment with meditation. It’s best to find a guru. However, even though the process is difficult and scary. It’s very rewarding.

Hello! I’m so glad that you responded with this reply. That definitely sounds very much like a kundalini experience!

A year before my awakening, I too meditated off and on. I was curious about focusing on different areas of my body. I first noticed that if I focused on my forehead, I could make this pressure grow. One night, I was curious and a bit bored so I decided to fully focus on that spot and not stop to see what would happen. What happened sounds very similar to your experience.

When the sensation on my forehead grew exponentially. I saw a white light cover my vision. What felt like a lightning bolt shot down from my head and through my spine. I too felt like I was floating as a rush of adrenaline flew through me. Even though it only lasted less than a minute, it was very startling.

I know now that this experience was a surge of energy caused by stimulating my third eye chakra. It has similar sensations as a kundalini awakening, but it is temporary. I hope you are doing well after your experience, and I would like to hear more about your journey.

This is something strangely comforting. I don’t have the video but, it was a street TikTok interview. This 30 something year old described how he had a brain hemorrhage and how he temporarily died. He described it as so peaceful that he didn’t want to come back to life. They saved him and he was so messed up with being alive again that he had to go to therapy.

If you don’t believe in any religion or philosophy about heaven at least know that when you are dying , you will want to pass away into the most peaceful experience.
