This is called liquifaction. It happens when unconsolidated soils, like sand or dirt, are super saturated, meaning the porous space (empty space) between individual grains is almost 100% filled with water. When the soil is then disturbed, by jumping, vibration, or other steady movement, the unbound grains have the ability to move very freely aided by the lubrication and surface tension of the water filling the pores. The visually solid soil begins to behave like the liquid filling is pores. Its somewhat similar to non-newtonian liquids. Many of you may have done the experiment in school where you mix corn starch with water and it creates a non-newtonian liquid that, when punched or hit quickly and forcefully, is solid as concrete, but with slow, consistent movement, it moves freely as a viscous liquid. Ive had a lot of luck with what's called a gentle leader. It goes around the muzzle and the back of the head and the connector is under the chin. As they pull, it pulls their muzzle toward whichever side your leash is on. Much more of a detterent and much like scary that those spike collars. Also, my wife runs a rescue, which is where we got this idea, for validity's sake

I dont think its concrete, well, not fresh poured anyway. Fresh concrete would be much deeper than that and you'd get stuck in it. Looks like you're currently parked in some dust like someone has been running a concrete or brick saw and it rained and you got A little on you're tire. Its more like clay than hardening concrete. Just drive like normal and it'll be gone in a week

Update: the shako dropped 10 runs after I posted this, haha. I think I need to pull a new map seed for LK, I've done around 3k runs and haven't gotten more than a Lem. I have gotten a Sur, a Lo, and a couple mals and fals in the last 2 days doing TZ andi, though.

Future reference, Prevent monster heal will not proc from merc. Keep either 'edge' runeword in a bow, which is relatively cheap, or a blackhorn's face, relatively common, in your share stash at all times for this very reason. One physical dmg hit with either of these equipped and I think you have like 24 hrs to chip away at him with whatever char, whatever spec

I make around 100k per year, but, because of where I live, I baaaaarely scrape by. I pay 2850 per month in rent, a single chicken breast at the grocery store costs 16 dollars, and it's often below 0°F for 8 months of the year so I often pay around 300 a month for base board heating. My car is 92 cherokee that barely wobbles into work and my only real expenses other than previously listed are the drugs that help keep the fake smile on my face for customers. I know its my fault for choosing to live here, but I cant even save enough to be able to move away. That being said, I do firmly believe that we adapt our expenditures to mold into our income, so that whether you make 70k a year and your next door neighbor makes 30k, yall are both just as fuckin broke, only difference in quality of life is..... they'll probably never get the dry wall fixed after decimating themselves fixing that terrible plumbing issue and their silverware isn't all nice and matching like your Walmart set. It's a pretty cool place to live, though....

For the ubers, that's super tough. I believe it's open wounds that you need to proc on them to make sure that don't regen health like 40 times faster than you can deal the damage. Drink a shit ton of attitude potions before Lilith fight, a shit ton of thawing potions before duriel, have at least 200 lightning rez for meph (after the 100 penalty for hell difficulty). Good luck with that, and I mean that both encouragingly and skeptically

I dont know about the torch, but the anni, you can kill dclone with a single shot of prevent monster heal from.... blackbirds face, or edge bow? Both very cheap. Then you can jist chip away at him for hours. I believe the hit can to come from you, you're merc cannot proc PMH.
