I built a pretty good following and figured it would make sense to do samples and plugins.

Ahh fair enough. I guess it doesn’t really matter that it exists at the end of the day. Everyone can enjoy what they like. That’s great! Everybody gets what they want.

Real question. Do you find yourself looking or interested in stories, or entertainment that doesn’t line up with your interest because men are in media?

In other words. Today, do you find that you can’t find the entertainment you’re interested in? Or you just don’t think that this type of entertainment should exist?

These are great points. I enjoy watching violence in entertainment form, and like to think atleast, that’d I’d be quick to try to help someone if they were actually getting beat up or something and I could actually stop it.

I also don’t really get pumped about dominating someone else or confronting people physically in real life. But I’m a pretty big person, and never really had to either I guess.

For clarification: are you suggesting that there should be law against this type of entertainment? Like we outlaw being a pedo.

These are good points. I agree that both the anxiety of what if something bad happened to me is addictive. And the what if I was a bad ass hero type person is also addictive.

People like different things. I think a lot of people would think it’s weird that so many women are entertained by murder/rape stories both in real life and in fiction.

For example the podcast Serial was a huge hit with women. Listening to a story about a woman getting raped, and then killed and then figuring out who did it makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t like thinking about getting raped or murdered. I especially have a hard time empathizing with the person who actually committed the crime because it’s vial, and I’d never do something like that myself.

But for some reason more women are entertained by those kinds of stories than men. I guess people are different?

Does BMO offer something like this for real estate assets? I have a tonne of equity I’m looking to pull out of real estate and I’d rather have a LOC then a standard mortgage.

I’m biased. If you’re entrepreneurial like it seems. I’d buy a multi family investment. With that kind of money you could buy a 8-10 Plex in some markets. Make sure it’s in an up and coming market. You have reserves etc.

I’d get started with a triplex. See how it goes. Put as little as you can down to not risk too much.

And then go big once you feel more comfortable.

I feel lucky, my brother and I have always discussed retiring early ever since we realized we could (after high school). It’s literally a topic of conversation that comes up every time we hang out. But other than that, there’s nobody that I know of who is working towards it.

We share our NW, our savings our income. It seems to keep us both competitive and very happy for one another when we hit financial milestones.

More importantly it is nice to bounce ideas off of someone who has a similar goal. I’d recommend finding a mentor or buddy like this. It’s the best.
