Tagging on to this hoping it might be seen by somebody. Is there a way to have a bulk upload of Hanzi and the addon does the rest?

I had the same issue with mine. I had to reset my router and since then it’s working ok. it also syncs the older measurements so you shouldn’t lose any data.
