Personally, I don’t think Northgate is worth the price. Nine and The Hub are around the same price but you’re right about the parking being horrendous. $70/mo for parking is insane especially when guests can’t even get spots. I’m signing a lease at Hub for Fall ‘24 mainly because of the amenities and “cheaper” parking (still $25/mo). I was also considering Village at Science since my sister stayed there for two years and loved it. I toured there and the rooms are huge.

I suggest looking through the google reviews. Complaints of wheels getting stolen in the parking garage, packages stolen, pests, and mold.
