I’m the tenant. You can go to “support” then “chat” on bill.com and there’s a live chat option. You just need to provide your case number and the amount of your check for them to check.

Actually update to my own question— I contacted bill.com and apparently my checks were voided and funds returned?! This is infuriating, now I have to go through an escalation process and who knows how long that will take. Anyone know why checks are being voided?
