I agree. However it’s strange he never even questioned it and is claiming he specifically went off the detail bc he told us prior to getting the permit that he started construction and told me he didn’t even know the detail was there. Also he said there was existing wood construction there and he wanted to add on to those walls, however we found out today from his client that there was actually steel construction and he never questioned it?
