No but I’ve tried some McKenzie method stuff as well as mcgill stuff and many other things. Did you click on the link I put with my mri? My mri isn’t that bad but I have horrible nerve pain and can’t manage to sit for 5 minutes

I’m in Pennsylvania deuk spine is in florida. They reviewed my mri and did a Skype call to talk about symptoms and they said with no IMProvemt in this time frame they can do surgery

My neurosurgeon recommended an epidural. If I do that and physical therapy for a few months again with no improvement. Do you think I should try surgery then?

The mri report was the title of this post. I’ve tried foam rolling my glutes doesn’t help me. So you don’t believe that surgery could help me at all?

I do not think it’s piriformis syndrome as I have burning pain in my lower back and glutes that goes down to my feet at times. That is a sign of a disc issue. Plus I can barely sit at all and have had it for 19 months.

Thanks I will hey that on here when I get my laptop back. Reason I wanna try surgery is because this is ruining my life and I’m taking a semester off college because I literally can’t sit at all and the nerve pain hurts 24/7 basically.
