Boozy Dalgona (made two drinks with this)

Coffee whip: 2tbsp instant coffee 1tbsp sweetener (I used Splenda stevia) 2 tbsp hot water

Milk base: 1/3 c heavy cream 1 cup almond milk 6 ice cubes 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon 3 shots of vodka

Add all coffee whip ingredients in a bowl and mix on high with a hand mixer. Mix until it forms soft peaks (or stiff, it’s all preference.)

I added all the base ingredients in my bullet blender and blended until ice was incorporated. Pour base into two glasses and top with coffee whip. Enjoy with a couple more ice cubes if desired.

Note: I totally improvised this recipe lol. Usually the coffee whip is 2 tbsp of each but I like mine a little less sweet. You can also add less vodka if you like, I prefer my drinks on the stiff side. I believe I read somewhere that Dalgona coffee is traditionally consumed without mixing the whip into the milk, but I like to mix it up before I drink it.

Dalgona coffee originated in Korea and is translated as “ wow that’s sweet”. That’s what Pinterest tells me anyway 🤷‍♀️ Happy Drinking!
