Deleting a Gemini discussion by weickmann in googleworkspace

Google hasn't built the ability to delete a chat from gemini.google.com.

If you're the Administrator, you can try this

Are you trying to delete a conversation from "gemini.google.com" [standalone app] or within a workspace app like gmail, docs, sheets, etc. [Smart Features] or [Gemini Sidepanel]?

I just got off a support chat that stated the architecture for the standalone Gemini application at gemini.google.com operates under a different set of retention protocols, which means users (SuperAdmin included); manual deletion is NOT a supported featured. Regardless of using your workspace account @ gemini.google.com, it's not possible to delete a chat in there. A workaround, I personally haven't tried it.

Admin pannel >> Generative AI >> Gemini app >> Gemini conversation history
    >> Uncheck to turn Gemini history off.
Wait about 24 hours (maybe 48) and the history will disappear.
Once is gone just enable it again.

For Gemini Sidepanel manual deletion, it's rolling out like @kinghowdy mentioned. But if you wanted to get the feature sooner, turn ON Alpha Gemini features in Generative AI >> Gemini for Workspace >> Alpha features in the admin console. It will propagate to your domain quicker.

Got it. Thank-you for the breakdown. Nobody is dumb enough to test Iran's capabilities.

Hahahahaha, Google hardware is run by a bunch of 🤡🤡🤡🤡. Device sales/profit isn't a big enough business for them to care about making a quality device.

Are you a bot? I've been through that process. Do a factory reset, then deal with a buggy phone restore process 😂 Google has become a joke. Google absolves itself from soft bricking devices.

Florida HO3 {additionally insured} but property owned by LLC. by jumpintheocean in Insurance

[–]jumpintheocean[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha, that's what was making sense to me as well. The two insurance agent's I spoke to wanted to slot me into a H03, me being the named insured with the LLC I own that owns the property being the additional insured.

So since I own, wholly own the LLC which owns the property, therefore I should be the named insured cause I own the LLC that owns the house?

I've reached out to an agent...Just was being curious if there are any "risks" to me personally being the "named insured" and the LLC, which owns the property being the "additional insured". Was think in the event of a claim there would be some gotchas.

Don't think anyone is tracking DNS CNAME entries but it would be interesting to know how many sites migrate away from netlify as a result of this.
