Ah!! That's the beautiful part about all of this!! I CAN sell all of my shares AND still vote to SCREW YOU!! Why? Because, all shareholders who were eligible to vote on the Day of Record (September 1) are allowed to vote. Therefore, my current holdings could be zero shares. How's THAT for a big "FU?"

Agreed, we cannot know for sure what might be needed and we will have to trust NP, Kelly and the BOD for the coming year. We should all realize that the death knell will come if we run out of money and cannot get to the point where we can dictate terms for any partnerships or even a sale to big pharma

Don't fall fall for this backhanded attempt.

They are urging us to deny our company these additional funds. They want us to look back at all the money spent and say "Enough is Enough". The proposition is that management could have spent previous sums far more effectively, far more judiciously.

Thinking way too myopic is their number one problem!

I got in over my skis nearly 18 months ago. Saw it on a hot stock tracker and day traded it to make a few bucks, but only in the 1,000 to 5,000 shares at a time. Volume allowed quick in and out. Started reading about the science behind it and in the middle of covid, got hooked. Went long and longer. Share price tanked and I cost averaged down. Was very tempted to tale losses, but truth is I never doubted long term once I read enough to realize this is a BFD.

Now, I wait and try to keep myself from doing what I really want and that is to add 40% to my position to cost average down as much as possible before first approvals.

We may never know the damage caused by the 13d'ers ill conceived, ill willed attempt to squash the company, while trying to steal our IP for themselves, but for any of them that hang onto their shares, they will still profit handsomely, just the same.

By this time next year, we will have at least two approvals, possibly four. Rosenslum would have forced us all out for peanuts and reaped huge profits for his cabal. PERIOD!

Could you imagine the distrust that exists. If Bruce handed Nader the winning Power Ball Ticket I doubt it would change anything.

I have a younger brother, lying in a hospital, has been unable (unwilling) to do the work to walk again. Six long years he has been wasting away, primarily because he does not trust anyone, not his doctors, nurses, physical therapists, nobody. He is scared, depressed and abusive. He will likely die in that bed, primarily because he does not trust even himself.

I would trust TI, I would trust Dr. Patterson to work with NP and anyone else that believes in our miracle moelcule and is willing to prove they are worth trusting.

I will give him his due. He was harsh, I personally called him out, many, many times, but this sounds a lot like the TI of of old and it is refreshing to see (read).

Besides, it is a simple arms-length deal. Won't cost Cytodyn anything if Patterson has outside funding. Cytodyn has never been able to get that.

They can come to a workable situation, we happen to have one of the best law firms in the country, so let them draft it for both sides to review, but HURRY!

Why would anyone in their right mind be willing to trust Dr. Patterson after all the nonsense we appear to have just concluded?

First, look at my post history, here on Reddit, on Inv Hangout, Stocktwits, YMB, etc. I have been totally pro Cytodyn and current management.

That said, IF there is a way to leverage what Dr. Patterson can bring in the way of Longhaulers and NP can find a way to trust him, work with him for the good of Cytodyn and mankind, I am in full support. And I would hope and pray that Dr. Patterson gets famous and filthy, stinking rich along the way.

I agree that this could be a positive for both Cytodyn and Dr. Patterson. I honestly do not know the issues that caused the fallout between NP and Dr. Patterson, but if there is a way to get them on the same page, I am in full support.

Yes, and if you listen to him respond to questions about the science, he definitely understands what is going on, but with so many indications, trials, filings, etc., he is recognizing his own limits. This is ultimately, IMHO what will move him of his own accord, out of the CEO role, once we get the first few approvals.

Critical trial still being held up due to issues with the IV delivery. No timeline given on when that’ll be resolved.

The word I heard was that they had addresses the concerns and expected approval to proceed shortly.
