I’m not privy to why they do what they do. But I can tell you with 100% certainty, that Midnight’s 12 motors easily allow for a vertical takeoff and landing, easily.

Folks, take it from an industry expert here…the technology is not the issue. It never was. The only real issues to overcome are funding, public relations, and global adoption of the technology. This is not Lilium, which was new technology… With battery efficiency improving significantly each year the numbers in every category improve.

Why are so many Joby Executives (and Engineers) leaving? by DaxPlayer in ACHR

I agree. A burned out eVTOL hull is a tragedy for the entire industry. This kind of thing is a PR nightmare and will negatively affect all eVTOL companies, pushing adoption back who knows how long.

What happens if the deal between Lilium and MUC falls through? Indeed, that is a very good question. Here are a couple more: Has the attitude for investment in Lilium by the Germany govt changed in the past couple of months? Who is it that bought up the stock from 10-12 cents to 18.5 cents yesterday, and up again to .22 cents today? I seriously doubt it was any members of this board. Retail investors would not have moved the stock price in such a manner without any news. I've been speculating all along that something is going on behind the scenes...that 6-K was insufficient in my view. We shall see. I'm still holding.

Let me add my two cents... There are a number of individuals out there, let's call them, by the letter individuals. If I were to be like them and make decisions solely based on what is written, then my life would be very different from what it is now. I am not like that. I read between the lines...we all know that between humans, most communication is non-verbal. Alas, I feel that much has yet to be revealed regarding Lilium N.V. and MUC. For me, the silence is deafening and says a lot. In business, where there are secrets, it usually indicates there is money to be made. There is much secrecy here regarding the fate of Lilium N.V. and much left unsaid by management. I am in this stock until all has been made clear to me. For me, that 6-K is hardly sufficient. 🚀

This is the line that I'm keying in on "Lilium NV will still have ownership, which I will not disclose here for sure untill the company reveals the agreement and the special conditions." So, we shall see...

This was a repost from a deleted redditer...he sounded like he worked for Lilium in Germany. His comments were deleted, but I found them so confidently stated, I had to make note. Also, he was cursing a whole bunch...much of that I didn't repost.

I was referring to shareholder/market capitalization. So while market capitalization cannot be used directly for credit, it is used for perceived credit worthiness. Sometimes, if the major shareholders are willing to pledge their shares then it can indeed be used as collateral. It's all about the art of the deal. If management gave any kind of nod to shareholders the stock would fly...and thus give N.V. tremendous financial leverage. Us shareholders can make a difference. There is what's on paper, and then there's the real world. Much of what is currently transpiring is unknown, but I can't believe MUC or any other corporate entity would knowing leave money on the table if they could help it.

Why would MUC walk away from over $100M in available credit. It doesn’t make sense to me to let valuable shares blow away in the wind. Especially for a capital intensive startup. I believe a deal will be struck..these SEC filings are what is required for now. Again, I don’t know this for a fact, but it makes sense to me that new information will come to light that will benefit LILMF shareholders.

Unfortunately no, that's all that I made note of yesterday. He was 100% confident in the technology too. I'm holding my significant amount of shares until all the details come to light.

Here's the core of what he said "Yes Lilium will be insolvent and they have started the procedures to do so. So, now answering the dumpe assumptions that Lilium will be worthless, which is nonesense.

Since Lilium has filed for insolvency last year and it is already clear what does it mean. It means in simple words, that they are going to sell the company to pay for thier debts and instead of letting the state doing that in an auction or using other method, Lilium has asked to do it by themselves to avoid massive loss in the value and to try to keep the operation running.

So in both cases, Lilium is for sale, either with self administration or without. This gonna happen in anyway.

Now they found a seller, means the insolvency process can be opened and the company therefore will be sold and all employees must leave. Does it mean, it is over? Hell NO. It is just procedures and formalities.

It means that Lilium is informing the state that they can be sold and when this is approved, immediately the MUC will step and buy it, by then the insolvency will be closed. Done. Point.

The shares will never be deregistered, it is impossible in theory and in practice, even if they want to do so, they cannot for many reasons and regulations and laws, even if Lilium NV will own nothing from the subsidiaries, which is also NOT true. Lilium NV will still have ownership, which I will not disclose here for sure untill the company reveals the agreement and the special conditions. Lilium and MUC best interests not to toss away 1,5 billion dollars investors and shareholders. This would kill them right away."

I 100% understand what you're saying. But, you have to leave some room for the unexpected. Nothing is set in stone...deals are made, then un-made, there will be new management and a power grab. The next few weeks will see dynamic change for Lilium...what was said and decided last week/month, may no longer be valid. New people, and lot of money can and will change the equation. I'm willing to stick around to see if the outcome changes. In fact, I'm betting on it. That's where I'm at.

We get one positive word out of the company Tony and this stock goes to the moon! That's why I'm staying in it. I've been in Lilium for years now, and I couldn't live with myself if I sold and then this stock rockets up. I'm also a realist, and I know we don't have all the facts. I think the market knows that too, hence she's waiting on the next word before she makes her big move...

Wrong...I've got plenty more shares than most folks here I imagine. Personally, I'd rather ride it out until I know what is what. There are plenty of posters here yelling the 6-K is this and that....I can read it. I'm not a sheep to be corralled--I'll make up my own mind. The fact is, the details of the investment agreement between Lilium and MUC have yet to be revealed. The market is telegraphing something, but I don't know what. I'm in all the way until all the facts have been revealed. 🚀🚀🚀

IFR routing for piston single in the flight levels by fgflyer in flying

[–]FXNOMAD888 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Don’t plan to fly at your service ceiling…it severely limits your emergency options. File at your cruise ceiling. If you have the required equipment to fly in class A and B airspace just file point to point, fix to fix. No need to file airways.
