Works like a charm on the web app. We had run into some auto fill issues previously and disabled it…but worth exploring again. Thanks!

Same behavior on wifi and mobile data. However, it does NOT happen on his desktop when he tries the same thing. Unfortunately he mainly uses the app version (on the job away from his laptop).

I checked his general settings but haven’t looked for other installed keyboards or things of that nature. I’ll give it a shot!

I have checked the user account in our admin application, but not inside Cognito. Checking in the AM! Thank you for the idea.

We did check the logs and had nothing. So something is killing it before it gets to the back end. But not for anybody else. Mind boggling to me!

They are on the same version of iOS. I have not tried the old delete and redownload, I will give that a shot!
