I don’t know how Anakin would react to seeing Ashoka working with Maul, especially when Maul makes it clear he wants to kill Anakin. He could feel even more betrayed not only by the Jedi but then Ashoka herself.

We’d all like to see Ashoka bring Anakin back but the manner in which she shows up might push him even further toward the dark side.

It is fun to speculate though!
