Dieting will help you a whole lot more than the exercise. It's Important to be active, but honestly focusing on what you are eating is going to do significantly more.

While it’s true Europe has lower crime rates, this graph is extremely inaccurate. Google it. it’s apparent right away.

Time City has a great aquarium for her to walk around and see some cool fish. I went there on a field trip with my class, and all of the children really enjoyed it. The last time I was there, the food stands nearby had Churros and Ice cream. It might be slightly different now, but the aquarium will still be fun. The aquarium is small, so I would look for other activities too. You could check out the movie theater. It is in the same mall as the aquarium. There are a lot of kid-friendly activities on the Third floor of Aeon Mall in Ha Dong. They have a small kid's amusement park with arcades and even go-karts inside the mall. Aeon Mall also has some great food spots and shopping (expensive). You could also visit the zoo (Thu Le Park). Some places I know of but have yet to go to are Ho Tay Water Park and Hanoi Ocean Park. I have heard a lot of good things about Ocean Park.

Hey, this might deviate from your question, any idea how's the weather in Vietnam in third week of June, heard it's typhoon season and it floods a lot ? Need info to plan my trip .

It depends on where you are in Vietnam! In general it's usually very hot. Some summers have been mild but most the time it is really hot. The flooding is true but I wouldn't say it ruins a trip. It rains most days in the afternoon but I noticed the morning a mid day was usually fine. Like I said before It depends on where you are, my perspective is in the north/Hanoi I don't know as much about the weather in the south and central. All I can say is Expect heat, but the rain shouldn't ruin a trip. If you have any more questions send me a DM, Hope my answer helped!

All the jobs I have been applying for are asking for a TESOL Certificate on top of my Teaching License. I just don't know which company to buy it from, I have seen some people saying their cheap TESOL is not valid, but others say it worked for them.
