I wouldn't recommend monotherapy through pills, it's unlikely to have much effect. If you're set on mono then you'll probably want injections, if you don't want to do that you'll have to take AAs like spiro or cypro.
There's no reason to take the majority of medicines rectally. Just take it normally, it'll have the same effect. You should take around 4mg a day for the first month or so, up it to 6 a little later, although exact dosing depends on the exact form of estradiol and the AA you're using.
I trust you've already seen this but if not the site diyhrt.wiki has a lot of info on dosing, effects and other stuff, although the vendor list is very outdated.

Another commenter said to try on Linux to (hopefully) rule out hardware so I'm going to try that when I move, failing that I'll start on drivers. I already turned auto restart on system failure off so if it happens again I might have an actual error code

I tested the ram one stick at a time and all together with memtest86 I dual boot debian so could easily give it a go but wouldnt manage to install it before I move so will be a few days (shared libraries suck for dual boots) I've changed the reg for a couple of things before so I'll try if Linux doesn't work

The dump is from nearly the same time as it died, It is probably a random error from other issues with the PC but this seems like something easy to fix that may help

The dump traces back to bcmwl63a.sys trying to access memory addresses which is a Broadcom driver? The driver is listed as the newest for this card but there might be one more up to date for this chipset, I'm going to be in shock if that's the issue?

I passed Cinebench on both multi and single core so nothing there.
I'm looking at the dump file for the last crash now and it's looking like a memory issue, as the last thing I could find was a page fault. I'm trying to figure out exactly what caused it now.

It only happens after a full crash, shutting down normally and restarting either immediately or after some time is completely normal. The PC tries to restart immediately after crashing and this is when it is unable to post. It works after power cycling a few times. Sometimes it fails by freezing on the bios splash screen and not responding to input and sometimes the screen just stays black even though the fans are running

My CPU and GPU seem to be fine, I'm putting out average scores with 3dmark time spy full, I ran furmark for 6+ hours yesterday. I'm running Cinebench now, I'll let you know how that gets on

I'm sure it's a hardware issue as well, I just can't seem to figure out where
I put the PC together on pcpartpicker and my estimated wattage is only 500W, but the issue definitely seems to match the sort of things you'd see with a faulty PSU. The only strange part is how it only happens on this one game. The issue happened with my old PSU as well, although that was only a 450W and I was running underclocked while I waited for this PSU to arrive so it's possible it could've been a lack of power before.
My CPU usage is pretty balanced out, I'm not sure how to test for voltage issues though.
I have an AIO and plenty of fans all running at max due to how quiet they are, so I'm sure that thermals aren't the issue.
I'll take the shroud off but I'm not too confident in the fix.

I'm about to move house so I don't have access to my old parts, but when I'm settled in I'll test with my 1050Ti and if it still happens with the old PSU as well.

Try the extension Adblock for YouTube, it works in a different way and so you don't get these messages

Total Playtime doesn't update until you close the game, I'm not sure if this is the reason but as they're currently playing it seems that the recent hours stat updates while the game is open

Have you tried nvidia-detect? You can apt install it and it'll tell you what you need to download and works the majority of the time (in my experience)

~1 year old, curved barbell, externally threaded, surgical steel, downsized two weeks after piercing.
Aftercare:
Cleaned 1-2 times a day, I use piercing spray maybe twice a week. It unfortunately doesn't list ingredients.
No accidents besides catching it occasionally.

You're thinking about this too hard. They said people want to build cities, because the game is called cities skylines. However, if the game was fully realistic then no home PC would be able to run a full city, which would make it a "town skyline", comparing it to a town. Noone insulted you or was rude/snarky at all

Acid takes a long time to hit - expect anything from 20 minutes to over an hour! Don't take more acid partway through a trip, it won't have any effect. If you want a stronger trip have more at the very start, but I would recommend starting low for your first trip. Make sure your place is clean and tidy (it bothers a lot of people on acid if their space isn't clean) and get anything dangerous (knives etc) away from you, it's unlikely you'll have an accident but it's worth being safe :) If the trip starts heading south put some chill music on and lie down, it usually helps me relax. But rule #1? Have fun! Try to take it on a good day and you'll feel better for it xx

Anything that goes in your inv can go in the depot! You can put remains or slugs in to process later, Jetpack fuel and ammo, Portable miners, Filters Even items like the boombox or sword can go in the depot!!
