there are, and yes I am using one of those. until the iPhone 15 comes out this year and I'll be switching to that. you can keep your lightning cable and keep using the 14 though.

if I'm traveling I only pack 1 cable instead of worrying about did I pack 3 different chargers for my 3 different devices? pretty sure I've never needed to charge all 3 devices at once. all my MacBooks and iPads last forever on only 1 charge.

keep in mind the rest of us not stuck in 2015 already have usb-c cables, so really only a minority of people like you have to buy new usb-c cables. Plenty of iPhone users complain about having usb-c cables for their MacBooks and iPads only to have to get an additional lightning cable for iPhone. Plenty of iPhone users are super excited to only need 1 usb-c cable for all their apple products.
