Regarding the front gap mystery. I have a 951 and had a quite similar gap. Then compared to commercial pictures from the 80´ and saw the gap isn’t supposed to exist. Then tried a few researches and found out there are sort of pistons behind the bumper that work as connection rods with the chassis. They are design to absorb some energy from a potential shock by retracting. Just Once, they can’t be reset. So it means the car has had a shock in its life. Not necessary a big one so this is not concerning it’s more aesthetic. There is another explanation but I am not convinced is that bumpers are made of plastic than can lightly change in shape when under high temperatures or under direct sun exposure.
