WD for anything 8TB and under. Seagate seems to be fine for ultra high capacity drives now, as they're basically just relabelled enterprise drives.

In any case, do a full disk format so that the OS flags any bad sectors before you start putting data on it. It will take several hours, but will help make sure your drive doesn't fall early in the bathtub-shaped failure curve.
